' I am going to tell you a secret: You are the best thing that ever happened to you.
Love yourself this deeply. When you feel this and know this, you will be free.'

Hi Everyone!
I'm Roxana
I’m a qualified teacher, youth worker, mother, and artist, with over 15 years’ experience working with young people and women in body-based, creative, and reflective practices.
My own journey into adulthood was a time of exploration, sensitivity, and longing — but it lacked guidance, spaciousness, and grounded female role models. Like many young women, I learned to look outward for approval and direction, often losing touch with what I was feeling inside my own body.
Over time, this disconnection became an invitation. Through slowing down, listening inwardly, and allowing myself to meet parts of me that had been pushed aside — including vulnerability, confusion, and self-doubt — a deeper sense of self-acceptance, safety, and ease began to emerge.
Journey to Womanhood grew from this lived experience.
My work is not about giving advice or telling girls or women how they should be. Instead, it’s about creating calm, respectful spaces where listening to the body, emotions, and inner responses becomes possible again — sometimes for the first time, sometimes as a return.
I offer circles for older teens as they move through the tender transition into adulthood, as well as separate circles for mothers and women who feel called to reconnect with parts of themselves that may not have been fully supported earlier in life. Each space recognises that different stages of life bring different needs, questions, and rhythms.
At the heart of my work is a simple intention:
to support girls and women to trust themselves from the inside out — through presence, embodied awareness, creativity, and relationship.
My hope is that by learning to listen inwardly, women of all ages can meet themselves with more kindness, clarity, and honesty, and carry that self-trust into their relationships, choices, and everyday lives.
