' I am going to tell you a secret: You are the best thing that ever happened to you.
Love yourself this deeply. When you feel this and know this, you will be free.'

Hi Everyone!
I'm Roxana
I’m a qualified teacher, youth worker, mother, and artist, with over 15 years’ experience working with young people and women in body-based, creative, and reflective practices.
My own journey into adulthood was a time of exploration and longing to be seen. Yet I moved through much of it without the guidance of grounded female role models. Like many young women, I learned to look outward for approval and direction, often losing touch with what I was feeling inside my own body.
Over time, this disconnection became an invitation. Through slowing down, listening inwardly, and allowing myself to meet parts of me that had been pushed aside, including vulnerability, unworthiness and fear, a deeper sense of self-acceptance, safety, and ease began to emerge.
Journey to Womanhood grew from this lived experience.
My work is not about giving advice or telling girls and women who they should be. Instead, it is about creating inspiring and meaningful spaces that remind them of the wisdom, strength, and power they already carry within.
At the heart of my work is a simple intention:
to support girls and women to trust themselves from the inside out, through presence, embodied awareness, creativity, and authentic connection.
My hope is that by learning to listen inwardly, girls and women of all ages can meet themselves with greater kindness, clarity, and honesty, and carry that sense of empowerment into their relationships, choices, and everyday lives.
