The journey is meant to be both enjoyable and enlightening, but I understand that stepping into something new can be daunting. Ultimately, if she feels it’s not the right time or the right fit for her, that’s completely okay. It’s essential that she feels comfortable and empowered in her decision. Each circle starts with an icebreaker and a meditation session, allowing the girls to relax and connect. They have the opportunity to share their thoughts and experiences if they wish. The session then progresses with themed discussions, movement activities, and engaging art projects. We take a break for snacks and tea, fostering a comfortable atmosphere. Finally, we wrap up the session by reflecting on the insights gained and experiences shared.
