Answering common questions

You can book a place for a girls’ circle, a women’s circle, or a one-day workshop by contacting me through the Contact page. I’m always happy to answer questions and help find the right space for you or your daughter. Dates and booking links for upcoming circles are listed on the Events page.

Sometimes I run longer courses and sometimes one day retreats. A couple of my longer courses have ended up continuing for years as the girls wanted to continue meeting monthly. For the one day retreats the circle starts in the morning and finishes late afternoon.circles can be short series or ongoing small-group circles. One-day workshops usually start in the morning and finish in the late afternoon. You’ll find specific times and schedules on the event listing.

My work currently focuses on girls’ and women’s embodied listening and inner awareness. If you’re looking for resources for boys or young men, I can recommend excellent practitioners in the UK and Portugal  working specifically with those journeys.

Yes  I offer individual sessions and mentoring. These can support deeper personal reflection, boundaries, self-trust, and ongoing embodiment practices.

I bring years of experience working with young people and women, including as a qualified youth worker, teacher, and facilitator of embodied and reflective practices. My work emphasises presence, listening inwardly, consent, and emotional awareness — not clinical therapy or directive teaching.

Parents and guardians are welcome to contact me with questions about the work. I provide clear information about the approach so families can understand the intentions and safeguards in place. I’m also happy to offer suggestions for supporting a young woman’s inner listening and boundary-building outside the circle.

Costs depend on the length and format of the offering. If the fee is a barrier, please get in touch — I aim to make these spaces as accessible as possible and will do my best to accommodate needs.
