Journey to Womanhood Circles
Women's Circles
A gentle, welcoming space for women to come together in connection, reflection, and community.
Each circle offers a safe and supportive environment where every woman is invited to be seen, heard, and honoured exactly as she is. Through sharing circles, guided reflection, and nurturing body-based practices, we reconnect with ourselves, release what no longer serves us, and cultivate a deeper sense of self-love, belonging, and inner wisdom.
Fathers of Daughters
Join a supportive circle of fathers who want to deepen their connection with their daughters as they begin puberty. Fathers play a powerful role in helping their daughters navigate this journey with confidence, security, and self-worth.
These sessions provide a welcoming space for fathers to share experiences, learn about the menstrual cycle and gain practical tools for supporting their daughters with openness, confidence, and compassion.
Mother & Daughter Journey
This beautiful shared journey invites mothers and daughters to slow down, connect deeply, and embrace the beginning of womanhood together with love, wisdom, and celebration.
This journey offers a nurturing foundation for the years ahead. Together we’ll explore the beauty of the female body, the wisdom of the menstrual cycle, and the sacred transition into womanhood in a way that feels age-appropriate, empowering, and joyful.
Journey to Womanhood (Teen Girls)
This experiential day invites teens to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore boundaries in a way that feels supportive, playful, and grounded.
Body Image Healing Day (Women)

Body Image Healing Day (25+)
A gentle, immersive one-day experience for women aged 25 and over who have already begun their inner development and feel ready to explore their relationship with their body in a deeper, embodied way.
This day offers a grounded space to move beyond surface ideas of beauty and self-worth, and to explore how shame, comparison, and habits of self-judgement may have shaped the way you see yourself.
Through mindful movement, guided reflection, mirror work, conscious self-touch practices, and creative exploration, we gently reconnect with the body from the inside out — cultivating presence, kindness, and self-trust
A central part of the day includes being seen in a safe, respectful group space. Mirror-based practices and guided witnessing allow participants to explore what it feels like to look at themselves — and to be looked at — without criticism or performance. This can open a powerful doorway into softening shame, releasing fear, and meeting parts of ourselves that have long been hidden or rejected.
This is not about fixing your body or forcing confidence. It is an invitation to:
notice your body with curiosity rather than judgement
explore patterns of self-criticism, shame, or avoidance
practise seeing yourself with greater kindness
experience being witnessed without evaluation
reconnect with embodied self-awareness
release old narratives of self-hatred or comparison
The focus is experiential and embodied rather than theoretical, with space for:
gentle movement and breath awareness
guided mirror and witnessing practices
reflective inquiry and group sharing
creative expression to integrate emotional experience
This day is designed for women who already have some capacity for self-reflection and emotional awareness, and who feel ready to deepen their relationship with their body in a supported, respectful environment.
If you’re curious about joining or want to talk more about whether this space is right for you, please contact Roxana — I’d love to hear from you.
